Stunt Driving

Racing, driving recklessly and even squealing your tires are all grounds for a Stunt Driving charge. This offence comes with an automatic 7-day suspension of your driver’s licence, and your vehicle will be impounded for 7 days, at your expense.

Racing/Stunt Driving penalties include:

• Six (6) demerit points
• A $2000 – $10,000 fine
• Possible 2-year suspension of driver’s licence
• Possible imprisonment for up to six (6) months
